This was probably the one of the most disappointing pizza experiences I've had. I've eaten at a few Mellow Mushrooms over the years and this is by far the worst one I've been to. Food: 2/5 The quality of ingredients and freshness is mediocre, maybe subpar. The taste was there and there was good flavor but the crust was so utterly disappointing and quite frankly, just bad. We ordered 3 pizzas for the table and our crusts were like 60% of the entire pizza. And there was no structural integrity to the pizza either, it was super greasy and flimsy and there was a huge lack of toppings. They just gave us mostly crust on these pizzas - not sure if they're trying to cheap out on us or if they're just bad at proofing the dough. Service: 1/5 Our server was nice and that was about it. She seemed friendly but was inherently not a good server. She forgot several of our beverages and when we asked for refills we never got them. She visited our table maybe like 2 times and never got refills of water or our drinks. The food came out kind of slow and all staggered even though we got there before it was full and it was not very busy. She also charged me for a drink we never ordered. Atmosphere:

The most frustrating experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The host has no idea how to interact with customers. He was extremely disrespectful. He wasn’t at the host stand when we came in and I sat down at large table in the bar area. It was dead. For some reason that upset him. After we all sat down he came up to me and corrected me telling me next time I needed to wait for him to be seated. I asked for the manager twice and he refused. I finally told him to get out of my face. I was shocked how rude, unprofessional and disrespectful this kid was. I’ve worked in the service industry and never seen that behavior . The manager never came by and we spent probably upwards of $600 or more. Waitress was sweet food was fine but management needs to do more trainings and have better oversight.

I forgot how good Mellow Mushroom is. The food is fresh and delicious. We had appetizers, a calzone, and pizzas, and everything was excellent. They accommodated our family of 11 after graduation, and our waitress, Lindsey, did a great job taking care of us. We will definitely be back.

1st time at a Mellow Mushroom.... not bad, not that great either. IDK I'm 50+ so, I guess you got to be younger to get the vibe.... Stopped in before a concert at the classic center for bite. No wait, friendly and nice staff. Drinks and food were somewhat quick and correct. IDK, the pies were just kinda mundane and bland... cooked correct and loaded with toppings. They both just tasted like a grocery store offering was my honest opinion.
